Berbere

Berbere is an Ethiopian chile & spice blend that we find ourselves reaching for over and over. Hot and aromatic with a touch of sweetness, "Berbere" means "Hot" or "Pepper" in Amharic.

Berbere is the perfect addition to a big pot of beans or lentils, cook it with onions to start a stew or sprinkle it on fresh fruit - it is incredibly versatile!
